Itinerary

The tour representative will be there to pick you from your hotel or airport and from there you will leave directly for Jaipur. The distance between Delhi and Jaipur is 261 kms and with comfortable traffic and weather conditions you will reach Jaipur in a span of 5 hours. Jaipur resonates rich Rajasthani culture and heritage.

Once your reach Jaipur, you will have a quick breakfast at any of the well-known restaurants in the city. Then you will head straight to Hawa Mahal. Hawa Mahal is a red and pink sand stone palace which was built by Maharaja Sawai Patap Singh. From top of this palace you will have stunning view of City Palace and Jantar Mantar. The next place which you will see is Amber Fort. It has been declared as UNESCO World Heritage site. It is one of the finest examples of Rajput miliray architecture. The fort is huge and you need at least 2 hours to see it.

After visiting Amber Fort you will visit Jantar Mantar. It just takes half an hour to reach Jantar Mantar from Amber Fort. Jantar Mantar is a royal observatory which was built by Rajpur king Sawai Jai Singh 2 in 1734. It has the largest stone sundial in the world.

Once you have seen Jantar Mantar you can take a short break for lunch. Enjoy a wonderful Rajasthani meal at some of the popular eating places in Jaipur such as Peacock Rooftop Restaurant, The Rajput Toom, Baluch, etc. Then there is Jaipur Modern Kitchen where you get modern international menu.

After having your lunch you can proceed to see Jal Mahal It is located in the middle of Man Sagar Lake. It is without any doubt one of the most serene places in Jaipur.

After visiting Jal Mahal you will go to City Palace. Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II built City Palace in 1727. This palace complex comprising of garden, courtyards etc depicts beautiful architecture and carvings. There are two parts of the palace. One is open for public viewing and in the other part descendants of royal family live even now.
