Itinerary

This 5 nights 6 Day Golden Triangle tour starts from Delhi where the tour representative comes to receive you at the airport or the railway station. From here you are taken to a nearby hotel within your budget. Delhi offers a mind-blowing sightseeing experience. Visit tourist places like Lodhi Gardens, Humayun's Tomb, Red Fort, Lotus Temple, Qutub Minar, etc. If you like to indulge in some shopping visit malls such as Select City Walk Mall, DLF Promenade Mall, etc. Overnight stay is in a hotel in Delhi.

In the morning you will be transferred to Agra in a prepaid taxi. Agra is visited by people from all across the globe because of Taj Mahal. Due to Taj Expressway, the journey from Delhi to Agra takes around 4 to 5 hours. Taj is a World UNESCO Heritage site. It was constructed by Mughal ruler Shahjahan in memory of his wife, Mumtaz Mahal who died while giving birth to his child. It is believed that it took 22 years to build this magnificent monument. Taj Mahal is not open on Friday for public viewing, so plan your trip keep that in mind. Overnight stay is in Agra.

There is so much to see in Agra that one day is not sufficient. After breakfast, you can visit Agra Fort also referred to as Red Fort of Agra. This red sandstone monument was the residence of Mughal rulers for a very long time. Then you can visit the Tomb of Itimad-ud Daulah also known as Baby Taj. At night you can again go to view the Taj Mahal. Night viewing of the Taj is available only 5 days of the month. Overnight stay is in Agra.

In the morning, you will be transferred to Jaipur in a prepaid taxi. It will take around 4 hours 30 minutes to reach. On the way to take a halt at Fatehpur Sikri and visit Buland Darwaza. Once in Jaipur check into your chosen hotel. There are several wonderful places to see in Jaipur such as Hawa Mahal, Albert Hall Museum, City Palace, Amer Fort, etc. Overnight stay is in Jaipur

In the morning you will again do some sightseeing of Jaipur and leave for Mandawa in the afternoon. It takes around 3 hours to reach Mandawa. On reaching Mandawa you will check-into your chosen place to stay. Mandawa is famous for Havelis and fort. The architecture of these Havelis is just brilliant. Rest of the time is at leisure. Overnight stay is in Mandawa.

In the morning after having your breakfast you will leave for Delhi. It takes 5 hrs 30 minutes to reach Delhi from Mandawa. In Delhi, you can visit India Gate, Rashtrapati Bhawan or even Akshardham Temple depending on how much time you have on hand. Later on, you will leave for the airport to catch a flight for your onward destination.
