Day 01 : Arrival in Delhi-Agra

Early in the morning, our representative will welcome you at Delhi airport or your hotel. From here, he will take you Agra in a car. On the way, enjoy the scenic beauty of the nature, as well as the Tomb of Emperor Akbar located in Sikandara. The tomb is created by the greatest Mughal Emperor Akbar. It is highly popular amongst the tourists because of its architecture, which is a supreme combination of Hindu, Islamic, Christian, Buddhism and Jain style of architecture.

On arriving Agra, you will be taken to a hotel to refresh and have a light breakfast. After that, we will take you to the Taj Mahal. Taj Mahal, which has become a synonym of love and beauty, is one of the Seven Wonders of Modern World. The monument is located on the banks of river Yamuna, and it was created by fifth Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan, in fond memory of his wife Mumtaj Mahal. The symmetric building looks similar from all directions. Agra is currently the highest visited destination in the entire world, and it invites millions of tourists every single year.

Some other buildings are also located close to Taj Mahal, including Agra Fort and tomb of It-mad-Daula. Agra Fort is a massive fort constructed by Emperor Akbar. The Tomb of It-mad-Daula is also known as “Baby Taj” due to its similarity with Taj Mahal. After visiting these destinations, you are free to wander on the streets of Agra to collect souvenirs. After that, reach your hotel and have a delicious dinner. Rest for overnight in hotel room.

Day 02: Agra - Soor Sarovar Bird Sanctuary (Keetham) – Delhi – Departure

Early morning, you will be taken to Taj Mahal again. The view of Taj Mahal at sunrise is the most splendid view you might have seen. After that, proceed towards Soor Sarovar Bird Sanctuary located some kilometers from Agra. The bird sanctuary is quite popular for providing shelter to thousands of species of birds, both local and migratory. It is also a home to more than 300 pythons.

The park was declared a bird sanctuary in 1991. It gives an excellent view of the birds flying freely in their natural habitat.

There is one hidden attraction of this park, the SOS Bear Rescue Facility. The project was started to safeguard bear in this park. Today, there are many rules have been established for those visiting this park. Due to their efforts, Keetham today is one of the places with highest population of bear. Visiting the facility and knowing about how bear breeding, feeding and safeguarding can be an excellent experience.
