Itinerary

Your adventure begins in Delhi, where you will board an overnight luxury Volvo bus or a private cab bound for Manali. The road journey takes you through the bustling plains of North India and gradually into the foothills of the Himalayas. Upon arrival in Manali, you will be greeted by cool mountain air and panoramic views of snow-capped peaks. After hotel check-in and a brief rest, begin your exploration of this charming hill station. Visit the Hadimba Devi Temple, surrounded by cedar forests, a spiritual and cultural landmark of Manali. Stroll along the bustling Mall Road, lined with shops and cafes. Take a dip at Vashisht Hot Springs, believed to have therapeutic properties, and later explore the Tibetan Monastery, which reflects the Buddhist culture of the region. This day takes you through scenic routes along the Shyok River towards one of the most iconic spots in Ladakh – Pangong Lake. Wake up to the golden sunrise over Pangong Lake – an unforgettable sight. After breakfast, drive back to Leh via the mighty Chang La Pass (5,360 m), one of the highest motorable roads in the world. On arrival in Leh, the evening is free for leisure and shopping in Leh Bazaar, where you can pick up souvenirs like Thangka paintings, silver jewelry, and Ladakhi handicrafts. Overnight stay in Leh.

After breakfast, start your drive towards Kargil, a town with immense historical significance. En route, stop at Magnetic Hill, where vehicles appear to move uphill against gravity, and witness the spectacular confluence of the Indus and Zanskar Rivers at Sangam.
